# Scheda accettazione

Scheda accettazione è uno dei diversi moduli acquistabili da OpenSTAManager. Il modulo permette di registrare le richieste di assistenza al volo e stamparne etichetta e riepilogo.

A seguito dell'installazione del modulo, cliccando su Accettazione apparirà la seguente schermata dove andare a inserire:

* Tipo attività
* Stato
* Cliente (o Nome e Cognome)
* Ragione sociale
* Partita IVA
* Codice fiscale
* Indirizzo
* Città
* Provincia
* CAP
* Email
* Telefono
* Cellulare

* Seriale
* Dati presenti nel sistema
* Password avvio sistema
* Se interessato a teleassistenza
* Descrizione del problema a cura del cliente
* Materiale consegnato
* Giorni di deposito

Cliccando ora su crea attività, il gestionale chiederà se far firmare per accettazione al cliente, o se procedere alla creazione dell'attività

Procedendo alla creazione dell'attività sarà ora possibile visualizzare un riepilogo della richiesta di intervento, stamparlo, o stampare un'etichetta da apporre al prodotto.
