# Fattura pro-forma
Per registrare una fattura pro-forma a gestionale sarà sufficiente creare una fattura di acquisto impostando come sezionale **Fatture pro-forma:**
Al momento del pagamento della fattura si dovrà quindi registrare il pagamento tramite un movimento in prima nota.
Si dovrà quindi andare in Contabilità/Prima nota e cliccare sul tasto + e inserire la registrazione del pagamento e successivamente cliccare su Aggiungi:
Alla ricezione della fattura di acquisto definitiva si dovrà aprire la fattura pro-forma e cliccare su Trasforma in fattura fiscale:
Il documento verrà quindi trasformato in fiscale e spostato nel sezionale selezionato, sarà ora sufficiente emettere il documento.
Per regolare le scritture contabili si dovrà ora andare in Contabilità/Prima nota a eliminare la registrazione manuale della fattura pro-forma, andando a registrare invece il pagamento della fattura di acquisto appena generata, tramite l'apposita funzionalità **Registra contabile:**
La fattura risulterà così ora pagata:
