# Configurazione

La prima cosa da fare è andare a configurare Il proprio **IMAP**:

1. Cliccare su **Strumenti -> Impostazioni** e successivamente su **Email Ticketing**

1. Comparirà questa schermata:

Dove sarà necessario compilare i seguenti campi:

* **Imap hostname**
* **Imap username**
* **Imap password**
* **Cartella mail processate**

Ora tutto è pronto per utilizzare il modulo.
